We understand that sometimes you want to go out, but we ask that your pet is not left alone in the room. This will not only make them feel safer, but our staff will not be able to access the room if your furry friend is inside.

2. Always together and leashed

For everyone’s well-being, when you walk with your pet around the hotel, it is essential that it is always leashed. This way, everyone will be calm and safe.

3. The bed, for you

We know that your pet needs a special place to rest.

• If you inform us during your booking, you will find in your room a bed and a drinking fountain for your pet, free of charge.
• We accept pets of all sizes and weights: all are welcome!
• We request that your furry companion does not use the bed linen and towels. If you need anything else, please contact reception: we are here to help.

The cost per pet is €19 per day. This charge ensures that we can offer you the best service and the essentials for your furry friend to enjoy a comfortable stay.

We take care of all the details to make your stay perfect, but any incident or damage caused by not following these instructions could generate an additional cost.
